Revival backrest???
« on: May 09, 2023, 12:34:28 PM »

Does anyone know if there is a backrest pad that works with the seat rail on a 2021 Revival?  Trying to keep it looking old style so it would be just a small curved backrest (most likely covered with white vinyl) attached to and following the lines of the seat rail.

H-D doesn't have one and I Googled it with no luck.

Just thinking that someone knows a company that has some specialty seating products and accessories.

I'm not positive, but thinking that the Deluxe model (with similar rail) had a backrest that mounted to the rail - couldn't locate it either.

Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to provide.

Cheers,
Mike

Put original seat on the shelf. Buy a Corbin solo seat, add back rest. Problem solved. You can thank me later.

You can reach out to George at https://badboyzcyclez.com/ and see if they have or can make something. I've got one of their backrest on my '12 with a two piece seat and I'm happy with it.

Thanks!

I will get in touch with George because I really want to maintain the stock seat and rail and just add a backrest to the rail to keep it looking "old style", ya know?

My 1997 Springer Heritage had a similar seat and a small back pad was available from Harley for both the front and rear seats. Probably could find a NOS or used one on line.

Thanks for the info.

I remembered that backrest from the 90's and have been searching for one as they are no longer available from H-D.
