Did anyone who bought a 2015 CVO Street Glide receive a color matched license plate cover? I read the below text in an article that referenced it but I didn't receive one.

"Color Matched Components
It wouldn't be a Harley-Davidson(r) motorcycle if we didn't
sweat the details. Note the color-matched fairing skirt on the CVO(tm) Street
Glide(r) motorcycle this year. You also get a matching upper fork, slider cover
and license plate cover. It's that little bit of extra attention in the design
studio that gets a little bit of extra respect on the street."

What exactly is a license plate cover?  Do they mean license plate bracket?

How about "license plate light cover"?  See attachment for the colors and part numbers.

Something about that article seems a bit off.  Try going to the official Harley website, and then look at the photo's for the 2015 CVO Street Glide.  You won't see color matched upper fork covers, fairing skirt, or a license plate cover (what the heck is a license plate cover anyway?).  Either the article you posted is wrong, or the H-D website is wrong.

Ultra Violet/Hot Lava--Skirt and cans are Ultra Violet. No "color matched license plate cover."  The Tag light is Ultra Violet

Hard Candy--Skirt and cans are chrome. The tag light is black or the color of the flames.

Yellow--Skirt and cans are black The tag light is black.

Black and Gold--Skirt and cans are black. The tag light is black.

(New) Black and Flames--Skirt and cans are black. The tag light is black

I went back and looked at the Harley site again, and the color that comes up first doesn't appear to have painted fork covers, but then I looked at all the colors and saw that the other colors were color matched. 

Btw, I figured out what they meant was "license plate LIGHT cover".  See my post and diagram above your post.
