I went to the dealer to order an oil pressure gauge kit and to my surprise they told me no such animal exists to match my gauges  anyone have any thoughts?

Did you mean to type oil "temperature" gauge?  If so, the only ones still listed in the catalog as best I can tell are black, white, or titanium faces.  I believe the 2011 CUSE came with what Harley called diamond cut faces on the gauges, whatever the heck that means.
