If you mean sirens like on American police motorcycles there is probably no better place to ask that question than at the following link:

Be VERY careful about using any kind of police siren on a civilian bike. It can get you arrested here in Illinois if you use one on the public roadway and I am assuming it can get you in trouble in any other state.
