Headed out at 6:45am this Saturday, 32 degrees but going to warm to low 60's.
After 1.5 hrs on the road, stopped for Coffee and Breakfast at the Cuba Cafe in Cuba, NM - coffee was hot and tasty, just what I needed. After breakfast I continue to head north to Aztec, NM and grabbed a picture of their RoadsideAmerica.com famous Car On The Pole.
I wanted to get to Taos, NM for another roadside pictures. Google said head back to Cuba. That was road already covered so I took the high route through Dulce, NM instead. The best part of this route is the Brazos Summit Pass on 65 between Tierra Amarilla and Tres Pedres. Those who rode with me at the WCGTG in Santa Fe will remember the views.
Finally I got into the Taos Plateau and captured some nice pics of the Taos Mt Range.
Enjoy.
