Topic: Ft. Bragg and the California North Coast ride........... (Read 15793 times)

Guess I'll kick this thread off. We met in Oakland (seventeen bikes.......about thirty people) in some great weather for a great ride up the coast.

We rode across the San Francisco/Oakland Bay Bridge, through San Francisco (ever try to keep a pack of bikes together riding through that city?) and across the Golden Gate Bridge. Our first stop for the photo op.

We soon caught Hwy. 1 over to the coast and stayed on the coast the rest of the way to Ft. Bragg.

Attached are a couple photos taken at the Golden Gate..........This is me and J.C. (J.C. from San Jose)....

This is a restaurant that we stopped at for lunch. A great place, great atmosphere and great view...........

A great ride yesterday and again today......on the way home. Got to see some old friends and met some new friends and the weather couldn't have been better. Just an all around great time and much too short.
