Glad to hear that you didn't get hurt...as for the bike, here's hoping all the damaged parts get replaced in a timely manner.
Were there any citations issued to the driver?

the lady got fined with 80 € (ie ~ 105 $) for disregarding right of way as I waived to charge her for personal injuries (I had almost none). It was just a blackout on her side, unfortunate but not reckless or negligent.

Allthough the damage is almost entirely of cosmetical nature it summed up to 29.000 $ - most of it for the CVO paint. We hope to get the parts in 3 month ...

The good thing is that you're okay.  The wait for parts will pass and you'll be back in the saddle in no time!

Small fine for the lady who caused so much damage, but then again, it could have been so much worse.

It seems that she is living up to your nick name for Dresden Valley.
