This great trip lasted 16 days and logged almost 3700 miles from central Ohio and was done in August.  We were BLESSED with safe travel, nice people, and NEVER had to put rain gear on (had less than 50 miles of spotty rain).  Trip consisted of 3 bikes (mine with trailer) and 4 people (wife, 10 year old daughter, and family friend-my daughter rode with me).

I know a lot of people talked of Nova Scotia and hope this helps someone decide on whether to do the trip.  Hope I can do enough with the pictures not to be boring.

Don't hold this against us, but the first 2 pictures are from OCC-we were traveling less than 10 minutes away from their place and didn't want to go this way again-just to say we saw their place.

Naitram gave me some great advice and said when we got to New Hampshire on I-95, get off on exit one and take Route 1 and 1A north.  It took us thru the Hamptons.  Here is Sandra and Emily on the intracoastal with a power plant(?) in the background.

We stayed at Portsmouth, N.H. for the night and the tall ships were in port.  This is the coast guard sailing ship.

 a power plant(?)

Yes sir.  That's the Seabrook nuclear plant.  Funny thing is you took almost exactly the same picture that FPL Group (plant owners) use in company literature.

Acadia National Park (our oldest I believe)-actually as beautiful as anything we saw on the Cabot Trail.
