Riding Like A Pro on 7/25/10

 Well here they go. Chris, Roger, Melanie, and Ernie are on their way right now to learn more from Mark. Marty and Paula should be leading them down to the training location near L.A.X.  I was scheduled to be one of Marks students, but with my recent finger injuries I had to cancel. Bummer for me, but last night while leading them down from Nor. Cal. my starter gave up at our last fuel stop and we had to push start the bike. Things like this always happen the day before I have to return to work! Bike is down and I need it next week  :nixweiss: :nixweiss:.
 If you ever get the chance I strongly recommend you look up Mark, aka Ironhorse, and take the training he provides, it is well worth your time. Sorry I will miss today, but there is next time.

 Dave sorry to hear about the starter. Good news.... you were able to ride it home and that had to feel good. Your hand is going to take some time to heal. We don't heal as fast as we use to.

 Are Roger and Ernie practicing for a CVO Drill Team?  :bananarock:

 That is why I say I have the greatest friends! At this point I have 3 starters to choose from. Thanks to Ernie, Van, and Don for their offers, but Ernie offered first and I accepted.
Yes I considered this would be my chance to go chrome, but $$$ is just not there at this time, hey that is a couple nights hotel at a GTG! You see my priorities!
