We had a great time at the rodeo last night. The place was packed with locals and bikers from all over the country. Some of folks sitting around us were  dressed in western gear but could not speak English and having a time of their lives. We tought them to say "oh shucks" when a rider didn't make the buzzer or get the doggie roped.

I sat next to the mother of this youngster riding in the tribute to the flag, I'll have a permanent hearing loss in my left ear but it was worth it.  :2vrolijk_21:

We had a tribute to the flag and a prayer for the safety of the riders and the livestock. Everyone stood and respected our flag no matter what country they were from. I'm listing to the news right now and see people fighting about religion and cival rights...they should come here for a few days and get straightened out. I was in the spa last night and saw a Frenchman with a fresh tat of the American Flag on his arm... thanks Cody, WY for showing folks what freedom is all about.

Sorry about the blur, but that what it looked like in person. Today we go to the Buffalo Bill Historical Center  and enjoy Wyoming a little more before we head to Sturgis tomorrow.  Doc

You're going to really appreciate the Buffalo Bill Historical Center........and the little town of Ten Sleep, as you pass through.

We spent the whole day there and didn't get it all in, what a nice job they did. I'll look out for Ten Sleep on our way to Sturgis tomorrow.  Doc

Great postings, hope your staying at The Cody Hotel, really a nice spot and right across from the rodeo.
