That was in Canon City on the day 1 ride to the south ... first the motor officer showed up, then the handcuffs came out,  then the officers captain and the chief of police showed up as well. You could tell immediately the CVO group was in town. The police were duly impressed with all the CVOs. Nice people.

we've moved past cripple creek, and are spending tonight in cheyene wyoming, came by way of brecken ridge, loveland pass and a national forest. pics to follow

we've now covered over 3000 moles since leaving MA 7 days ago

Anne and Me at Loveland Pass again...it was an F'n cold morning over Wilkerson Pass...for the day 2 long riders that was where we took our first break...it was foggy and clod at 8:15...no piccs, hands frozen...annes that is, mine were toasty with the heated grips!
