WHIM picking up too much wind noise?
« on: July 07, 2019, 08:30:27 PM »

Personally I would probably not buy the system if I had known I would need to figure out how to set the system up to work close to the way it should.
First thing to do is disable most of the sena options so your not using  2 systems .
Doing that did help do to the vox system would pick up road noise but not your voice.
Next with the wind sock off put a small piece of tape over the front hole on the microphone.
This allowed vox setting, at 65mph, no side wind, to bet at  5 with very little unwanted open mic.
Before  the tape at that speed the setting was at 2 and than not sensitive enough for talking to each other.
Hope this info is helpful.
