2008 cvo hogworkz load equalizer

hey guys new here and I am in need of some assistance. 2008 CVO road king.  purchased a hogworkz load equalizer for the LED turn signals I installed.  I have tried 2 units, and neither will stop the hyper flash.  any ideas on what I may be doing wrong?  thank you.

It has been quite a while since I installed load equalizers for the LED turn signals on my 2009 SERG 3. Can't tell you what you're doing wrong because I can't see what you are doing. It should be very simple and there should be directions on the HogWorkz website. If not, Google / YouTube are your friends.
