King bed in the master, 2 queens in the garage, 4 leather recliners, 13 1/2' slide out, side patio, 2 glass sliders. Our second home.

We are ready to uncover it and hit the road....

We discussed when that time comes we'd consider an RV or placing the camper somewhere as a seasonal.

I am so use to towing that it isn't a bother to me, yet....

By far one of the best trips I've taken on a motorcycle, North Eastern Tn. This pic was taken at the end of Route 32. 11 miles and 150ish turns. This road makes the Dragon look like a beginners road. No tourists, no traffic, no dudes who think they can ride, no guard rails. When you get to the top the road ends! You are now in North Carolina crossing over the Appalachian trail. Roughly a mile and half of dirt road back down to pavement, we continued on.

What might that be?

EDIT, I found your post of the Heartland site lol. Informative.....

When you are up this way there are a few places (dive bars) that are worth stopping at. Log Cabin right down the street from the camp ground, Minisink on the PA side, Blairstown Inn (burgers).

Cosby highway. A short stretch of road I recommend everyone ride at least once. I'll go back and stop along the way this time for pictures.

Been there - done that and nothing wrong with a little unpaved once in a while - depending who you are riding with  :huepfenjump3:

Found it on the map. We'll be down there the end of July for Shark Week this year and possibly back for Maggie Valley in Sept. Will have to go check that one out.

Crossing over into NC off of 32, travel to the highway, two exits North, right over the mountain to the stop sign, left to the main road, right toward Maggie Valley. Found it by accident lol.....then we hit Cherokee, through the park and saw the Elk, Gatlinburg was next, than back through the woods to the camp ground.... great riding in that area.

No doubt about it, it is a fabulous road!  :2vrolijk_21:

And yes, I did find the end of the pavement (after missing the same sign) on a trip back in September of '08.

... However with leading approximately 36 bikes, it was decided to turn around and take the pavement back down the hill.

He who was last, then became first!

And the trip down was just as much fun as the trip up.
