Just rebuilt my 110. I had stage 3 done in 2018 got a call from the dealer telling me that the runout on my cylinders were out of spec and that I needed new jugs. First thing I asked was how was the bottom end, I was informed it was good. Picked her up the last week of February and did not ride her until April 12. Dyno day on the 12th of June and put 10000 km on her and she started making a strange noise. Quit riding her and took her if for a diagnosis to another shop as the dealer wanted nothing to do with me without spending money. Upon disassembly cylinders were scored, oil pump was scored, 0.013 movement on my conrods, cams lobes were cloudy and marked. The fix, new screamin eagle crank assembly, cylinders bored out 0.010 over new 10.5:1 compression pistons to replace the new cylinders installed on my stage 3, new 259 SE cams to replace the ones put in on my stage 3, new high flow oil pump to replace he one that was installed on my stage 3, new lifters, and finally ported and polished my heads. Not happy with the result from the dealer as if they had of checked the crank I would have been covered under my ESP as my cylinders, pistons and the labor to replace them was. After stage 3 the dyno put me at 105 HP and 113 Ft/lbs of torque. After my rebuild and head work the dyno put me at 134 HP and 120 Ft/lbs of torque.
