"Tear down this wall!" is a line from a speech made by Ronald Reagan in West Berlin on June 12, 1987, calling for the leader Mikhail Gorbachev, to open up the barrier which had divided West and East Berlin since 1961.

Meanwhile back in the United States Donald Trump stated, “We will build that wall!”

No political comments please…Just some plain ole fashion fun with the words…Nuttin’ more!    :nixweiss:   ;)   :D

The window contains a 7.18-gram basalt lunar rock from the Sea of Tranquility, donated to the Cathedral by the crew of Apollo 11 (Neil Armstrong, Edwin (Buzz) Aldrin and Michael Collins). The window was dedicated on the fifth anniversary of the Apollo 11 lunar landing, July 21, 1974.

Installed in 1976 in time for the nave’s completion and dedication, the “Creation” window starts in the middle, where pieces of white glass send thousands of rays of light radiating outward as the petals of a rose. Designed by Cathedral master artisan Rowan LeCompte and fabricated by Dieter Goldkuhle, the 26-foot window celebrates the majesty and mystery of creation. The window includes every color LeCompte and Goldkuhle could summon, but key parts also represent the four Greek elements: red for fire; gray for air; green for water and brown for the earth.

$0: The amount the Cathedral receives from the federal government or national Episcopal Church.
