« on: January 02, 2007, 04:56:12 PM »

Hello, CVO Friends!

I just wanted to say hello from Norway. This year I got my SEFB in autumn haze/abyss blue, probably the world's northernmost FB, with stage 1 & misc goodies. See pic below. I love the bike! Can hardly wait till summer, but I have to as we are below zero degrees over here & ice everywhere. In the meantime, I enjoy my AC pantera 1000 snowmobile.

Take care!

Dagbre,
Welcome! I believe you are the only member we have from Norway (gang- correct me if I'm wrong). Great looking scoot... I know you're itching to ride. I'll bet the scenery is fantastic when you do ride.

Hi Dagbre and welcome to the CVO (Cash Vaporising Organisation) site !  [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

Don't quite like the look of where your location pin is - looks kind of wet and definitely not conducive to keeping the rust off your Scoot.

Great looking FB though, hope the warm weather comes for you soon.

It is my sense that the only thing necessary to get a 1 liter Ditch Pickle to run 110 MPH is to crank it up and give the throttle a big ol’ pinch!

150 ish ponies @ 550 ish pounds. These things will tug smartly on your posterior when you push on the throttle.

The sled is stock, 998 cc and 175 hp, 2-cycle engine. I changed the reed valves to Boyesen Power Reeds to get more responsive throttle, thats all. Great fun! It's heavy, though, not well suited for steep climbs. I use it for driving to work.

My youngest daughter is trying the sled below.

Wow, that looks like the SUV of snowmobiles there, and it even comes w/a trailer (sidecar equivalent) to pull behind it. :)

That does look like a great machine (wow 175hp) & a whole lot of fun but I am still glad that if I want some snow action I have to travel 6 or 7 hours to a ski resort.

Cheers
