I'm running Andrews 26-A cams in my '06 FLHTP 95 engine. Go with the SE flattop pistons. You wanna keep the compression ratio low enough to avoid having to use compression releases. I'd stay away from the gear drive cams, too. Replace the cam chain tensioners while you're in there. You may wanna upgrade to the SE hydraulic tensioner kit. This includes a new cam plate, different oil pump and all the other stuff required to make the swap. Change the inner cam bearings to Torringtons, too.
The motor makes peak torque at 3200 rpm with those cams. Nice flat torque curve up to 4400 rpm, then they begin to fall off. 3200 rpm in top gear is 74-ish mph on my bike. Cruisin' speed!
I used to run a PC3. Didn't like it much. Finally went with the Screaming Eagle Super Pro Tuner. Sorta spendy but it's a good tool in the hands of the right guy.
I'm also running Vance and Hines Dresser Duals with CVO mufflers with Fullsac 1.75" baffles.
Overall, the bike runs strong, sounds good, gets decent mileage. I'm happy with it.
Good luck.
