So you got a nice new 120R and used the cases?   :huepfenlol2:

Don't worry.  Just yanking your chain a little.  Enjoy the ride :2vrolijk_21: .

Don't forget to stick in a couple of those high power iridium spark plugs. They gotta be good for several more horsepower.   ::)

Should be a great ride, might want to consider the "Compensaver" oil feed tray for your new SE comp, otherwise you`ll be replacing it within 5-10 thousand miles!  Ride safe.

The OP has installed the latest SE compensator.  The "Compensaver" in it's stock form doesn't fit with the latest SE compensator...   :nixweiss:

Your going to love that set up.  I had a 120R in my last RG.  Shaved the heads .030, used a .030 HG and T-man 660 SM cams.  Made 133 HP 138TQ

Great for you, you will really enjoy this engine in your bike. Since you are in Sylvan Lake who did the install, Gasoline Alley in Red Deer? There are more and more 120Rs surfacing in Alberta. I had mine installed by HD-Dude (Metal Dragon) in Oakland as I keep my bike in Phoenix for the winter. Have put on approx. 10,000 mile since the install. Engine basically stock with addition of TMan 625 Cams, 58MM TB c/w 5.4 injectors, Ventilator Ac assembly and Wegner Header and Wegner Supertrapp Mufflers.

See attached dyno sheet.

No. Hillbilly did it for me. He used to be the lead mechanic and dyno tune specialist at Gasoline Alley HD. He has since started up on his own. He does numerous 120s. Very busy guy. Doesn't advertise or anything. People just know of him and he stays incredibly busy.

Your right about the standard "compensaver" , but GMR-performance who are selling them now do a modified try only to feed the spokes of the compensater with oil, otherwise it will run dry and within a few thousand miles will be damaged beyond repair, see the GMR-performance website.

So after 10k it sounds like you've had no issues with your build? The extra power must put a smile on your face when you twist the throttle.

The bike runs great only thing I have done is change the fluid, Mobil V Twin or Redline in crankcase Redline MTL in primary and Redline Heavy Duty Shock Proof in Tranny. Originally had Ful Sac C header and SE Mufflers with Ful Sac 2.5 Baffles, good set up. I switched to Wegner because I got a great deal on their proprietary Super Trapp mufflers and they were 2" inlets so would not fit the Ful Sac header. (Have the complete setup, C & D headers and SE mufflers).

The engine is surprisingly quite, HD Dude put in the S&S Lifter with the limiters.

When you get on the gas it doesn't take long to hit over 90 plus mph on the highway and through the twisties down shifting and then accelerating through the corners is quite a rush. Will be riding back in June after the Global Petroleum Show.

I ember Hill Billy now I saw him and Doug Mackenzie (another ex GA HD employee) at the Red Deer swap meet last October.

Enjoy the ride once the weather warms up,

Wow, what a nice build this is.  I'm sure your chomping at the bit to get riding.  My brother has a nicely done 120r in his FB lo and it is really something.
