Been away from the computer since Friday - driving to NC to get my new Jester, heh, heh. Got her home and in a nice warm, dry (it is raining today, bummer) garage. Anyway as Jorge said, J. Carolyn and I did the complete 48-state Posse rides in '04 & '05. The Posse rides are just great -you ride when you want to, with whom you want to and at whatever pace you want to. Best thing is you meet up a lot during the day at gas stops, restaurants, etc., with other riders and of course in the evening you sit around the bar a swap stories. It is a awesome adventure and we met lots of wonderful folks. Some have been on all the Posse rides and it is kind of like a little fraternity.
BTW Jorge, you don't need to stay up late to register. After the '04 debacle they changed the registration to start at 8 am central time. I voiced this concern to Joe Dowd and others that the moco is an American company (no offense to our wonderful brothers & sisters across the ponds, but most Posse riders are Americans) and should have registration open during our business hours when customer service personnel are available. I'm sure hundreds of others voiced this concern also.
I hate it that the Posse Ride conflicts with the CVO rally in Nelson but I gotta keep up the tradition and go with the Posse. [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]
