Still riding my old FLHT around S.C. and the south east but really enjoy visiting this site. Great folks, great information, couldn't ask for a better site.
Hope to have a cvo soon but there are so many to choose from I would have a hard time settling on one. I like the [smiley=pumpkin.gif], [smiley=cherry.gif], the new Jester, the new red SERK, the original SERG........ [smiley=confused5.gif], might have to let the wife pick.

kruzer,
Welcome to the site, glad to have you join us. As you well know from lurking owning a CVO is not a requirement to joining, and we'll help you spend your money on your scooter as well as anybody that owns a CVO. ;D
Great looking scooter you have there, look forward to meeting you and seeing it in person someday.

Definately have to get he wife involved. She knew she didn't want black, she liked the red one, I showed her the black one, and there it is. We bought the black one.

Thanks! D00d, hope your recovery is going well, my wife is facing the same thing, if not this year probably next. Makes it difficult for her to ride behind me. Hopefully the replacement will change that. If not, we might have to go with a side hack.
I have three girls in my house and everytime we stop at the local dealership they pick bikes based on color, nothing else matters. So you are right on the money Dereck. :)

BTW, thanks for the resize, you'll hae to show me how you did that.

Welcome to the site. If you have trouble deciding on a CVO buy one of each to cover all your basis.

Put a poll up........we'll decide for you. [smiley=huepfenlol2.gif] Definately one of the SEEGs and there are some great deals out there on them, now.
Southeast South Carolina....would that be Beaufort or maybe Walterboro? [smiley=nixweiss.gif] Just funnin with ya........spent a couple years stationed at the Marine Corps Air Station in Beaufort.

South Carolina and the southeast as a whole. We're actually in Columbia,S.C, right in the middle of the state. Great location though, two hours west to the mountains and some great riding, two hours east to Myrtle Beach and other coastal areas. Beaufort takes a little longer to get to. If you can stand the heat and humidity in the summer Columbia is a great place to live. Given a choice I'd probably move closer to the twisties (Ceasars Head, Blue Ridge Parkway, Deals Gap) but I won't complain, I can get to all of that and back in a days ride.

I've watched a few of the polls where everyone chooses their favorite, not sure we'd ever get consensus on a overall best. ;D
If I let my family pick one right now it would probably be a [smiley=pumpkin.gif]. Oldest is off to college next year (Clemson) so the whole gang is on a big orange kick right now.

Just think of all the attention you'll get at the home football games w/a [smiley=pumpkin.gif]. The local ACC (U.Va) team here almost has the colors of my bike, which are Orange/Blue. I get a lot of looks when I ride by the stadium on game day. ;D

Just ticked over 36,000 on a 400 miler to within about 30 miles of the bottom of the Blue Ridge Parkway and back home last Saturday. Took off at 8:00 am by myself with no particular destination in mind and ended up down near Magee Valley (that might ring a few bells :)). Anyway, its a great bike, fantastic stress reliever. Pretty fun in the curves for a big bike. [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

JR, should add that I like the [smiley=banana.gif] too! Had a canary yellow vette back in the late 70s, very cool color for high speed vehicles ;D ;D.
