Title: Any Women Riders here?
Post by: TJROX on November 05, 2016, 09:36:19 PM
I'm new here, looking for any women to ride with.  I'm from SoCal area in the High Desert.

I also ride with the High Desert Hotties MC in Ridgecrest, Ca.  I love seeing all the CVO bikes here, and I love mine, but does anyone have any suggestions on some cool upgrades for it?

Welcome to the board from San Diego.

A few of us CVO owners from So Cal get together once in awhile but I don't know of any women riders down here.  Nor Cal has a few women that ride.  :nixweiss:

That is a great looking ride, wrong sex and wrong country, but welcome anyway from a cold and wet Vernon, British Columbia.

Welcome!

And yes, we'll be glad to help you spend money on upgrades.

First let's start with some fun. Mark your calendar for next year. Sept 3-8 in Cody Wyoming. It's the Western Get Together, but folks from all over will be attending. You can find it under the Events category. This year it was up north in the CA Redwoods. Last year it was Ouray, CO, and the year before that in Monterey. It's one of the best ways to meet other lady riders and more members and have fun.

I'm a misplaced SoCal rider myself living in the Bay Area temporarily. You will find us to be an eclectic group of eccentrics. We are more than willing to trade tools, parts, insults, hand shakes, time, and the road with each other. Please hang around and allow us to enjoy your company.

Mark

Welcome to the site from The Lowcountry of South Carolina! Be careful what you ask for, as the members of this site will help you spend your money on upgrades real quick. Some really like spending other peoples money! Check out the "Events" section of the forum and you can see what gatherings are coming up that you may want to check out and even attend.

Nice picture in the front of Antelope Valley Harley Davidson! We have a few of those. Welcome to the family from beautiful downtown Lancaster.
Here is a picture of 110mofo's bike there with the Thunderbirds performing in the background.

Thanks for the warm welcome from all over!  One of my dream trips is to make it up to British Columbia, soon.

Yes, I got my bike at AV HD.  Great people there!

I'll keep my eye out for the events going on and hopefully meet up with some riders.  There's no shortage of riders where I'm from, but I'm always looking for an adventure ride.

Nice to meet you all!

Great lookin ride girl
Seat & handlebars are the first mod needed to your make up for comfort & safety, IMO
Next, have to make her sound like a Harley
Yaffe (Baggernation) makes a nice looking rear license plate holder too

Enjoy, Ride Safe girl

I'm looking at getting a custom solo seat with a short backrest.  I'll be ordering the tour pack in the same paint scheme next month.  What kind of pipes sound good?

Fullsac and it's a nice ride for you over to Lake Havasu City, Az.  Steve & Cammy (also members on this forum) will take good care of you.  My review....   http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=101223.0

Welcome, from the clear lakes and the twisty roads of the mountains of Northwest Arkansas!

Congratulations on your new CVO!  It's a real beauty, TJ.  It's good to have you with you with us on the web's best forum for CVO owners!

I hope you'll check out the threads regarding our CVO Harley Get-Togethers (GTG's) in the Events Section.  We always have a great time at these events, and it's an excellent way to put faces with names and make new friends and riding buddies!  Plus it's always cool to see what the other owners are doing to their bikes.

Follow these leads to find out more information about the Eureka Springs June 2017 Get-Together, or PM me and I'll be happy to tell you more about it:

We currently have close to 60 bikes and 100 people signed up for this event and expect more to join us in the following months, so consider making your reservations early!  We are getting a group discount for this event, and the hotel is perfect for our needs!

We're glad to have you with us!  In the meantime, do some searches for tips and ideas for your scoot...and for fellow lady riders.  There are more than just a few of y'all out there.
