Title: Converting to heal / toe on a Breakout

OK, I’m a convert moving over from a street glide and painfully used to the heel toe shifter setup. I just purchased my new 2014 CVO Breakout recently and I want to convert to heel/toe on this as well. Been riding it with the normal set up for a while but I still can’t break the habit of using my heel for upshifting.

 I don’t have access to a parts catalog, but if you see in the picture below these are the parts that I am looking for. If someone knows the H-D part numbers I will be greatly appreciative.  Not sure what will exactly fit from the softail family.

OK, just wanted to get back with everyone to let them know the progress.  I was able to convert pretty easily and it makes riding for me much more enjoyable.  Here is the parts list in case anyone else wants to do it.

34539-00 - BILLET SHIFT LEVER
33600008 - SLIPSTREAM SHIFTER PEG
33668-07 - FOOTLEVER ASSY, GEAR SHIFT

I got everything at New Castle for about $150 shipped.  Hope it helps.
