Title: Paperwork for CVO's

I recently purchased my 2013 FLHRSE5 and it's my first CVO. Wondering if there was original paperwork for the bike that should have come with it or that I should be trying to get? I have the owners manual and it looks like 2 cards or some sort were removed.

No paperwork came with mine. The cards that have been removed are for the owner to record the emergency PIN number on.

There was a gold coin though I think. I got one with my 14 SERK but I assume the previous owner kept yours?

Gold key up through 2012.  Then in 2013 and 214 was a coin, sort of like a military challenge coin.

Not sure but I believe 15 and 6 got a key again.  I should know, had a 2015

Now in 17, and new no key, no coin,

2014 got a one year only thumb drive Willy G-CVO looking in a fancy case I should know I bought one LOL
