Title: Ordered some bars

I ended up with some bushings, grips, & a 1 piece clamp as gifts for Christmas so I went ahead & ordered some bars. I went with khrome werks 10” bagger bars & also a +4 brake line. I was planning on doing the the stereo/speakers at the same time but I need to let the bank account recover from the holidays lol. I’m looking forward to getting the bars on. I’ll keep y’all posted.

Got the bars yesterday. Was able to get the old ones off, new bushings in, new brake line on, & the wires pulled through the new bars. Should be able to button it up tomorrow. Also found out I have kicker speakers running off the factory head unit. Here’s a picture of the new bars wired up.

Got it wrapped up this afternoon overall wasn’t a bad job, just time consuming. 10” khrome werks bagger bars, poly bushings, 1 piece clamp, +4 drag specialties brake line, Avon grips. Everything worked & honestly a +2 line would have been sufficient. Only rode it for about 10 minutes but a definite improvement.

Clamp & bushings. Had to cut a notch in the bottom of the factory radio for the clamp screws to sit in.
