Title: catalit converter removal on 2020 road glide special

if ya remove the stock head pipe , tune the bike , what do ya gain in  power ,asking for a friend :huepfenlol2:

You for sure loose the warranty, same as any new vehicle, motorcycle or car.

I replaced the stock mufflers, added performance slip ons and did a few rounds of tuning with the Harley Street Tuner.  It definitely runs smoother and has a little more bite. I think a basic tune helps with any bike from the factory settings IMO.

If the tuner is not H-D the warranty on powertrain is gone.  They may or may not notice if you remove the cat, depending on how you do it.

You have to decide if the very small gains would be worth no powertrain warranty.  I waited to mess with mine until 20K miles, at a year old. Knew the motor was good and wouldn't need warranty on it.

My friend says about 5-10% gain depending on the tuner.
