For a spoked rim, it looks pretty good...but for the extra money of a CVO, it has to have better (read: more expensive). To me, it's just another MoCo cheat to de-content the CVOs while still charging premium prices.
Previously: Regular bike with 88 CID engine; CVO 103 CID is a 17% increase.
Now: 114 CI to 117 CI is a 0.88% increase...yes, less than 1%. :nixweiss:
CVOs used to be (more) worth the extra cost: engine, paint, grips, pegs, footboards, chrome, seats, accessories (CB, XM, Nav, ABS, cruise, better stereo, heated grips and seat, painted inner fairing). Seems like now CVOs don't have all those upgrades or don't have much better, or regular bikes have the same/similar items for small extra cost.
Rant over.
