Well. Here I am I have a 2020 cvo street glide. Put a stage 1 in it last year. I am debating going stage 2 or saying screw it and going stage 3. Anybody done either one and what are your thoughts?? I am going all Harley for now to keep my warranty in tact. Oh I should also add I went with the full sac exhaust and exhaust manifold

As soon as you replaced the head pipe your warranty went away. Now you can do whatever you want. I would do a cam at minimum but a big bore kit will be more fun. I went Fuel Motto 128 low compression with Woods 22XE cam.

Bastards!! Lol. Well? I’ve decided to go with a stage 2 and the fullsac exhaust manifold as well. Fingers crossed haha should be fun either way. Thanks for the reply

my stealer says as long as you use there tuner the warranty stays :nixweiss:

Really depends on the dealer, but a catless aftermarket head pipe voids powertrain warranty. Many times the dealer will not detect the head pipe change if using factory tuner and heat shields. If you use an aftermarket tuner, it will for sure void your warranty if they hook your bike to computer.

I had it all done at a Harley dealer and they said it wouldn’t effect my warranty so whew

Curious how this turns out. Probably just fine at the shop that did it. What happens when something fails 1000 miles from home and you use a different dealer? After market tuner, and they connect to the bike, warranty is done. Dealer that did the work originally can not get Harley to change that it was voided. All they could do is pay for repairs them selfs.

Oh sorry I should have stated Everything is Harley except for the fullsac exhaust. Harley stage 3 and Harley tuner

Why do guys go with the full sac exhaust vs just going with new slip-ons?

I went this way because my CVO has a brushed nickel look and I didn’t want to take away from that look as nobody offers that finish yet - or didn’t at the time I did my upgrades

**** UPDATE ***
Got the bike back. They told me they added the upgraded parts to (not sure) but said it’s in the system so the upgrades also are included in the extended warranty. I will put up a sound clip once I figure out how to LOL

Canadian Dealerships are much more lenient with regards to head pipes and other modifications. I haven’t heard of any voiding warranties because of after market headers.

Yes I found that out through this experience as my warranty is in tact.
