Title: Best Tuner for 2017 CVO Pro Street Breakout

I recently purchased a 2017 CVO Pro Street Breakout with the 110 and would like to get a runner for it. As I am new to H-D I have no idea of which one I should get. I have already ordered the Bassani 2 into 2 Radial Sweepers. 

Also, are the CVOs stage 1 from factory?

Best to find some one in your area that dose dyno tuning and use a tuning device they prefer ... my self I have aTTS and would recommend that . And yes it is labeled stage 1 from HD, but will run better with a dyno tune even in stock configuration
