Title: Legend Revo-A's Going Home
Post by: rayson56 on April 05, 2021, 10:48:31 PM
I bought a set of 13" Revo-A's for the back of my 2018 CVO RG a couple of years ago and absolutely love them. Well Friday the seal went south, after about 25K, on the left one and I had to wait until today to be able to contact Legend (via email only) and they got right back to me with a shipping label after filling out a warranty claim form. They asked me to send both shocks back to them and my out of pocket will be just $35 for round trip shipping, apparently they pick up the rest.

I hadn't even heard of one going bad until now.  :nixweiss:

Other than being without my bike for awhile this process seems to be pretty painless.

We WILL see.

Same thing happened to my Revo-A's on my 2012 CVO RG. It was an easy process and a reasonable turnaround. I just used my old shocks until the Revos came back.

Good to hear Joe, kinda wished I'd kept my stock shocks, but didn't see this coming, so I'll hurry up and wait.

Thanks for the input.

Update; though I was highly skeptical, as is my nature, things went ultra smooth with this transaction. I had great communication with Matt in customer service and even requested a quicker than normal return time which he promptly got handled for me and for only $15.00 extra I had my shocks back on my bike in 2 days from Sturgis to Seattle! The rebuild by their team, which was completed the morning of the 1st day that they received them, even included a new set of springs as well as new seals plus they are cleaned up like new, and they returned them in a new box instead of the one that I scrounged up to return them in.

All in all not only are these shocks an excellent upgrade, but the customer service by Matt and the crew at Legends is amazing.

I highly recommend their products and their team.
