Title: Tire pressure showing on boombox
Post by: anzac on May 08, 2021, 12:55:39 PM
How accurate is this , I compare that with a hand held air gauge and I receive a different result, which one should I trust.
Thanks for any input

It should be fairly accurate but if you try 3 different hand held gages you'll probably get 3 different results.  :nixweiss:

My hand air gauge is 1# less than the TPM on both tires, checked when cold.  Consistent results, always 1# less on the hand gauge.

I agree with rayson56. Try a few different pressure gauges,  digital is more consistantly the same, analog also good, slider type can be sticky and give many different readings and are best for casing practice.
