And now that I no longer live in California and have moved to Ariz. when I visit in my car or truck all of my windows (including the driver's window and passenger door window) are blacked out along with a very large tint strip across the top of the front windshield.....no front license plate, either.

Laguna Beach even has signs posted. Just keep mellow in these areas and you'll be fine.

I think if you have an out of state registered bike you will be okay. Arizona and Nevada allow for tinting of front passenger and driver windows and California does not. I haven't heard of anyone from AZ or NV getting window tint tickets. But I could be wrong.I've always been under the impression that your vehicle modifications follow your state laws. At least that's what I've been told by LEOS. I got pulled over in NJ years ago for no front plate on my Ohio vehicle which required it at the time. When I lived in Florida and came home to Ohio with dark tinted front windows I got pulled over for it but not ticketed due to my FL plates. Similar situation in TX a long time ago. I'm starting to think state troopers seem to like to talk to me. Here's hoping next week's vacation is trouble free.

Once he saw the Oklahoma tag on the truck all was good and he sent me on my way. I now tag my trailers in Oklahoma even though not required to
