At least the exhaust looks like it gets collected, you can't seem to see the crossover like that poor springer.

I thought that exhaust looks like it came right off of a V-rod.

These bike don't impress me much.  But then again, they're not my kind of ride.  They may look great in person.

I hate to say it, but the standard Fat Bobs look better.  They took a mean looking cruiser and "sissified" it.  Not impressed with that one at all.   :-X

They might Brian.  But I had the same impression Charlie did.  It's not necessarily ugly.  But it lost its mean.  Folks who really like the Fat Bob for what it is may quite dislike this for what it isn't.

Aside from any question of looks though, over 25k dollars is an azzpile of money for a little Dyna.

That is hilarious!!!!  Great job.

Check out the pic that someone seen at a demo ride today, he says they actually look cool.  It is a black and red one.  I can't tell the difference in the that pic and the ones on the HD site.

The paint is very cool.....it 'darkens' from front to rear.  The seat has that suede leather on sides .... looks good and is actually comfortable.  I want one!  ;D har!  spyder

Same here.  I read so much bad press about the CVO Fat Bob.  Long line of fans everywhere I go.  The bike is absolutely gorgeous not to mention what a terrific ride.

They can say what they want...
Sure its a new bike for HD any way, so it might have
some pepole holding a red flag for it...
But in the end, it must be one of the best riding road
bike ever made!!!
Handles like magic!!!

Believe me, I've ridden a lot of cruisers.  There is no comparision the SE Fat Bob is the best riding bike ever.  The only and I mean ONLY complaint I've got is... it handles so well I've been scrapin' the right foot peg in the tight corners.   :2vrolijk_21:

My bike is Black/Fire.  Everything is stock CVO except the Zumo 550.  She handles so well in the turns that it is easy to scrape the pegs/heels.  Lovin it!  :apple:

Here's what I've got to say about the CVO Fat Bob... Many people say I look pretty 'rough' myself but sure dress up nice.  CVO has taken one hell of a bike and dressed it up.  It's still tough just dressed up.  You can take a mean rough looking biker guy and put a suit on him and it doesn't make him any less tough!  :soapbox:

Hey, it's like I've said before.... It is really hard to appreciate the paint without seeing it in person.  The camera just does not do it justice.  Here is a shot with a good camera but I've had to reduce the size for the site.

Just took delivery of my new '09 fxdf-se 10 days ago already have 1000 miles.  Love the ride it is totally different from my '04 flhtc-se which I have 50,000 miles on.

I am looking for more information that is constructive about EFI Pro Super Tuner, aftermarket exhaust, possible change of final drive ratios thru front or rear sprocket.

Look forward to your input.

I'm sorry I didn't send you any pictures but it's to early for me to go and wake the sleeping princess.  She is tucked away with her big brothers with her covers tightly around her as all new babies should be.  She usually isn't up this early even thou I tell her she doesn't need any beauty sleep she is just perfect the way she is.

As for what my new baby is  She is a 2009 FXDF-SE  Black Diamond and Fire Quartz.

Once I do some modification I will send you pictures but until then I don't want to hurt her eyes with a flash.

LOL

Like has been said so many times on here,, see one in person, and you'll see why we like em.  My only real issues are:

A) I'd rather have a Fatboy front end on it, and and Aux lites. The dual heads just don't say "HD" to me

and B)  decent size lockable bags. Dynas are bar hoppers, but my pockets are only so big,,,
