2004 punkin arlen ness big sucker porker slip ons se race tuner.seems like mine peters out to fast rev limit set at 6250.how much more can i turn it. feels like i have a whole lot more there.thanks

I'll just say 2 things:
1 - You raise the limit up much higher you will need to install stronger valve springs. Stock ones will float
2 - If you're over 6,000 RPM's, you're already out of the power curve. Shift @ 55-5700 for optimum performance

Everyone thinks their bike has a lot more available than it really does, especially in the lower gears where you can hit the rev limiter rather quickly. Trust me, if you put that thing on a dyno and review the resulting torque and power curves you will find that both curves are diving like Jacques Cousteau long before you hit 6200.
