I have called my Father-in-law "Pop" for almost the entire 26 years I have been married. Not only is Pop my Father-in-law but he is also one of my best friends. He has been sick with Heart problems and almost everything else that can tear down your body. I'm asking for your prayers this Christmas Day. Yesterday his kidneys stopped working so it's only a matter of time. My wife Karen is having a very tough time today because not only is today Christmas but my Birthday as well. I keep telling her that none of that is important but for us to be with him. We just came home for a few hours to spent time with our kids. Thanks in-advance for your thoughts and prayers.

That's a lot at one time. Best wishes to you and yours.

I would like to thank all of you guys for your thoughts and prayers for my Pop. He is now in a much better place, he passed away at 9:45 pm last night. Pop was a great man and a great friend. He loved this country so much that he was able to graduate from High school early and enlist into the the USMC. He was so proud to fight for our Freedom in WW2. The only problem I'm having right now is making my brother-in-law understanding what we do as PGR's. I would love to see Pop honored by my fellow PGR's. I'm not sure that will happen because David thinks we are all a bunch of Rednick bikers. Karen my wife is going to ask the people at the funeral home tomorrow to help explain this. Wish me luck, thanks again for all your prayers.

To NVTHIS and family,I don't post on here much but ;logged in today just to read up. Sorry for the loss of your family member, especially @ this time of year. I'm from your area, and I think a member of the same HOG chapter.....probably know you by face and not name,as I'm in the dealership quite frequently. On another note, don't blame the brother-in-law too quickly, because you know as well as I, unless you RIDE.....you can't know or understand.Again, my condolences to you and your family @ this time, it seems as though our area has had it's share of tragedy this X-mas season......(refering to fire on x-mas that claimed 2 children in the river rd. area)

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. It sounds like you had a special bond and those events and memories you have are what make life great.
