I want more HP out of my 2011 Road Glide Ultra Screaming Eagle 110....any help that has recommendations AND price estimates are welcome.
I have a few questions:
What cam is in it stock?
Roughly how much HP is stock?
I have my heart set on 2-1 D&D thunder Cats...I just love the sound...but what else would you recommend for "upping" the output?
I don't want to go crazy, but I think I need cams, adjustable pushrods, and a programmer...anything else?

A larger bank account with this group.

The stock cam is the SE255, and stock output averages about 95 torque and 80 hp at the rear wheel. The cam is designed for low end torque, which is what the vast majority need and prefer when riding a heavy touring bike. It is also designed with emissions in mind, so obviously it isn't the optimum for pure performance.
There is no simple formulaic response to your question. You need to first determine exactly what you want, in terms of not only peak output numbers but more importantly the shape of the curves (where in the rpm range you want to boost performance), how much you want to spend, if warranty is important to you since major mods will void the warranty and even ESP coverage, etc. Are you looking for simple bolt-in changes, or do you want some serious changes that require major disassembly, headwork, pistons, and other goodies? Let the folks around here know exactly what you're looking for and how much you want to spend, and I'm sure you will get some excellent advice. You can also use the site's search function to find previous threads on the same subject.

Thanks for the reply...
I'm looking to spend around $ 3, 000....mostly bolt on-osha...and I want to improve my 30-100mph .

Well I was hoping for more responses...
Looks like I'm going with the 110 Screaming Eagle hop up kit,... flat pistons, cams, precision cut pushrods, tuner, gaskets, etc.
I'll also be purchasing some Woods cams , I want to use them instead on the S.E. cams.
As for exhaust,....D & D 2 into 1 Fat Cats.
For a grand total of $2,000...I can get the stuff at cost....and If I sell the S.E. cams I can get about $200 back....so $1,800 total
I'm told that just the S.E. hop-up kit will bring me up to about 114hp and 120 tq, and adding the woods cams, and the D&D 2-1 pipes will give me a total of around 130hp and 140tq...
....does that sound right-ish?,

Don't everyone respond at once, ...I don't know if I can handle the influx!...LOL!

TANKS, you may want to give a request for info a little more time. Everyone don't get on the site all day every day. Plus as another member already said all the info you are wanting from "mild" to "wild" motor mods is already here but you will have to take the time to read them!... :nixweiss:

You might looking into the post from brothers and sisters here that have gone with the Cyclerama 575 or Feuling 574. Seems to give very good results for a cam only mod.

Just read throught the twin cam section or go up to the search box and type in the cam you want to research or the particular mod you are looking for info on.
