WOW :pepper: That is a sweet color :2vrolijk_21:
-
Syrup Glide. YUM.
As much as I like the Silver '09, this is in another league, IMHO. One of the most iconic CVOs ever.
-
NICE!!!!!!
-
Very nice! :2vrolijk_21: :2vrolijk_21:

Congrats on your beautiful new ride! :2vrolijk_21:
I take it from your hand gesturing outside of the dealership that you paid "full pop" for it. ;D
Ride safe & enjoy!

No... that was for the General Manager... we're longtime friends....
And No... I didnt pay full pop for it.
Got a great deal on the trade-in and the new bike price.... I'm happy.

Very Nice 8) Congratulations !
-
Very nice! I saw one of those at the local dealership a couple of months ago. The pics don't do the paint justice, as is the case with most of the CVO colors. Very rich colors on the bike, and well done.
-
Very sharp!! :2vrolijk_21:

Good looking ride---Congratulations!!
Thanks... the week before I picked the bike up I had fallen and landed on my tailbone... so riding is not fun right now....
I have been forcing myself out on Sundays for rides as I am Secretary for one of the local HOG Chapters

Looks great! Enjoy the new ride. :2vrolijk_21:

Beautiful bike. Mine just came in this week. Sitting in the crate. Dealer was allocated 2 CVO Roadglides and we bought ordered Maple Metallic. The otherone is going to Nova Scotia. We just had 2 feet of the white stuff dumped on us overnight so I won't be picking it up for a while.Just found out yesterday besides the 15% the dealer is taking off the MSRP on accessories,if you spend $2000 they give you a $200 gift card and if you spend $3000 you get the Max gift card of $500.I just ordered $4200 worth so i guess I'm looking at $500 more add on. Life does't get much better.

Did you say 15% off MRSP? Wow, you must really be in your dealer's good books! That's unheard of in these parts.
Congrats on your beautiful new ride.
Ride safe & enjoy when the weather clears.

Sorry to hear about your tailbone :o. I hope you heal real soon so you can put many miles on that beautiful scooter of yours :2vrolijk_21:

first tailbone... then pneumonia... sux2bme... but at any rate.. I am up and riding.. and swapping parts.
Bought a set of 09 mufflers with 2.25" fullsac baffles... those went on... and I like the chrome tips.
Installed my "screamin eagle" shift linkage.. chrome was nicer than the linkage I took off with pitting chrome at 1K miles.
All the reflectors fell off... damn chinese 2-sided tape
Black PC 4 point dock
Black PC shorty backrest with matching mohagany brown backrest pad
Black PC airwing luggage rack with smoked LED light for run/stop
Harley Goodies floorboard spacers (VERY NICE) though the lockwashers are too soft/brittle.. they bend and break.. wound up using the original HD lockwashers.
I get a little decel pop... but not much... I guess next up will be the TTS and map from fullsac... then my chopped tourpak with spoiler and mohagany brown backrest pad... then my fairing lowers and forward footpegs.
Then last but not least cams, cometic gaskets and the stage 2 tune with the fullsac x pipe...

That bike is absolutely gorgeous brother, it's the first one I ever saw of the '12 CVO RG's and the color I wanted. Unfortunately my dealer only got one in that color and it was sold before any thoughts of a RG let alone a CVO entered my mind. I went and dealt on a new Skunk CVO today and will be picking it up, I'm digging the Black/White, it's different too, and my wife wanted a different color than the maple because the limited I am trading in is two tone candy root beer, not the same but in the same realm if you will.
Can't wait to see yours with the TP, I'm gonna see how much a match painted chopped TP will run me when I'm at the dealer tomorrow, in the mean time I need to figure out the down low on a sissy bar and if there's a pad for it to match our stock seats, I will get more use from that for now because I can strap a bag to it, and the wife can ride with it too.
Congrats again......

Thanks... retail for the TP is $1399 + the spoiler, plus the detachable mount, plus the 4 point docking hardware yours doesnt have.
Work with your purchsing dealer for a steeper discount on parts purchased at time of sale, or look for one of those places that offer steep discounts.
I got a false alarm call yesterday.. I thought the part came in.. sems all the rest did... except the TP :(

They quoted me $2300 today for the match painted chopped tour pack with the rack, detachable hardware, spoiler, and the backrest pad that has the arm rest for the wife, including labor.
That a good deal?

Save yourself the money... unless youre not mechanically inclined.
I'll never use a rack here.. so I never buy them... a case of Corona attracts too much attention on the tour pak :)

I've been thinking about it, and for me a sissy bar and pad would be more use because on long trip I tie a big duffle bag to the sissy bar and the rest can go in the saddlebags, that's how I did it on the RK, I have a port in the fairing to charge the cell phone in the glove box so......

Tour pak is here! now.... to put it on!
