I don't know anything about this setup or manufacture but wanted to post this link as I know lots of members have been asking about Air Ride Systems for Touring models. appears the price is only $499

what did you expect, we all have spend big $$ on our legends, no one wants to hear about something that is a fraction of the cost. lol, if fact, now that My Legends just arrived...can we just delete this whole thread and NEVER talk about it again????
LOL....OK by me to delete it
Yeah the Legend Air Ride system is a few coins but IMHO - well worth it

On the other hand I'm all ears for any options for an improved suspension system. All options would be greatly appreciated.
I know quite a few here have the progressive air ride system but do any of you have the progressive air system with the spring inside like the airtail for the softail? Was wondering what the ride was like.

You guy's with the legends , where are you mounting the compressor and gage?

HD...on the Legends, the compressor mounts under the battery pan, accessed by removing the right side panel, ECM, panel...it fit's perfectly and is easily installed in that space. I don't know where you'd put it otherwise without taking up needed space. There's pics in the thread Rjob referred you to....

Hey! guy's
This thread is about a year old now, Question [smiley=nixweiss.gif] has anybody put these on or have heard of anybody using these shocks!! I have Legends on mine and love them, but really only got them because I thought Bandanagirl was going to ride 2UP with me more ( But No had to have a CVO of her own ) Only one problem her bike is just alittle to high need to lower it a bit.

I believe Don just had a brain fart? [smiley=confused5.gif] He knows good and well he'll have to make Bandanagirls scooter equal to or greater (better) then his. ;D

Don't you know it, d00d... ;) The Legends are by far the best solution for those of us who are a bit vertically challenged, IMO. It kills two birds with one stone...providing an excellent pair of shocks for the back of the bike, and when you need to get both feet flat on the ground for walking it around, it lets you do that too. It's not cheap, but it's a proven product.
It's just a matter of time, Don... [smiley=nervous.gif]

While we're on the subject of Legends; who's offering the best prices? Need to get a set on before Spring touring season!
Thanks -Stump

They are not easy to find at a discount...Jerry (Ultrafxr) and a couple of others found some a couple of months ago at a reduced price, but I can't seem to locate that thread...you might shoot Jerry a PM.
I found this from another member and I and several others have ordered from them.

Jerry/TCnBham,
Appreciate the link and recommendation; should have put these on earlier but ran out of time (& funds) while getting it all situated in the states. Glad to hear they make such a difference in the ride and will definetly help as I too am inseamed challenged.
Thanks -Stump
