if you read http://flhrsei.org/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=cvo_gen;action=display;num=1057493566 tihs was asked before. this site is not endorsed by H-D in any way. if any members work in the CVO factory they would never admit it, if they did they would probally get into trouble.

but having said that i'm sure you can get any info you need from other members that have the same model that you do.
