Any clue if part # 58900-11 will work with the dash pad and the fairing-mounted GPS?

No, it will not work.  :-\.  I have the dash pad and GPS mounted on my SG like you have on your Ultra and I tried this bag and it won't fit.  I bought the Kuryakyn and with my utility knife and some creative tucking on the left bag, i got it to fit around my GPS.  It looks and works great.
