Ran across this on AR45 just east of AR59. Thought it was pretty interesting.

That's cool David.  59 is my preferred little road when heading south to Van Buren before catching the old 71 to go farther south.  But not sure I've ever used Arkansas 45 dropping of 62 if coming out of Fayetteville.  We miss stuff when we skip the little roads....  Nice find :2vrolijk_21: .

Don, we use AR 59 a lot when out cruising around. It's a nice ride in itself but there are several roads, AR45 included that come off of it and go for miles. Lots of very nice paved county road and most go somewhere sooner or later. Even the ones that we have jumped on and have them turn to dirt have been good.

Jesse, about 3 miles on down the road is a little community called Canehill. When I get home tonight I will try and resize a couple more pics, but I am guessing that mill provide grain flour to that community and collage during the Civil War.

Had to stop and grab a pic of this sunset. Thought it was sure pretty, but also was a little reality check when we realized we were still a good 2 1/2 hours away from the house.....lol
