Do these bikes come with built in satellite radio?

Yes, but you have a choice. There is a charge to activate it, then its $14-$15 a month.
Or for $3 a month you can get an app for ur smartphone and use it thru the bike's radio.

WHat if you are already paying for service? Can this radio be added to the already existing contract?

Yes.  I did.  $10 / month paid annually in advance.

Since I live in Northern Michigan, I use XM in my truck during the winter months and transfer the service to my bike in the summer.  Works great for me....
