Kuryakyn LED

Has anyone run into issues with adding the Kuryakyn LED bullet lights on 2014 CVO Breakout?   Did you have to install the load equalizer ?

You can do this test to determine if you need a load equalizer:

Pull out your stock front bulbs and turn on your turn signal and if the rear turn signal stays flashing at the correct rate then you will not need a load equalizer. If the rear turn signal flashes a couple of time and goes into a fast flash then you will need a load equalizer.

I realize this does not help his question, but anyone who has not bought LED's, please do yourself a favor and skip the Kuryakyn and buy the Custom Dynamics.  Have had both, the CD's are way brighter.

X2 on the skip Kurakyn and there hokey looking housings, Custom Dynamics stuff is SO much brighter. And when you have a question, you can actually call and speak to someone who tries to help.

Thanks. Wasn't impressed with web pics of Custom Dynamic ones. Installed the Kuryakyn.  Signals flash normal however dash light blinks slowly twice then goes rapidly.

Is your BO on the canbus system? Try leaving the flashers on for about 30 seconds to see if it will self adjust.

Call Custom Dynamics and they will tell you how to fix your problem, for free. Try that with Kurakyn.
