From over on HD forums. Guy name Nuke found it somehow. Others have commented that they've downloaded it and it seems to have at least fixed the AVC issue. Here's a post from that thread. I'm sure MoCo will have the correct link out shortly.

Not sure how Nuke originally found it, but if you go to the software download page on their website, right-click on the link (1.18.3) and save the address, then paste it in the address bar of your browser and change the 1.18.3.zip to 1.19.0.zip and press enter, it starts downloading, so it's definitely from their site.

I haven't quite figured out exactly how to do this yet. Nuke has a link in a thread that I followed which went straight to the DL screen and I save it to my PC. Virus scanner did not detect any issues. I'll upload it over the next day or so.

OBB thanks for the notice! I downloaded it and uploaded into my FLHXSE. It works fine so far... sitting in the garage. 
I won't be able to test out the AVC until this weekend. I will post after I get a chance to ride it if no one else has had a chance to test it. I hope it works!

Downloaded it today and installed.  Seems to have fixed the AVC issue.  However, now i cannot advance a song on the iPod that is plugged into the USB port in the fairing.  Also, cannot advance songs on the iPhone connected through Bluetooth.  I was having this problem before the update.  It just started recently.  Think maybe it is a bad switch?  Since it was doing it before the update, that leads me to think it is not a software issue.  But who knows.

Just to avoid any potential confusion... the link above by default displays the "standard" boom download. Make sure to click the CVO tab to display the proper download for our bikes.

I thought I noticed that on the FM today on my ride to/from work. Hopefully .01 will fix it.
