TCB Anti Lock Brakes for Older Bikes

Has anyone tried these items?  They prevent your brakes from locking up.

For me, they work, I did a lot of research before taking the plunge and buying them, for me I find in the event I snatch at the brake, I find they offer a sort of cushioning effect, it may well be a placebo effect but I feel more confident when braking hard.
So far have not managed to lock either front or rear wheels since fitting them.    Ride safe.
