What did the specialist in Boston say?  Can you give us an update?  Or send me a PM if you don't want to bore us with the details here?  Or get GHaz to do it for you....

P.S.  Plumbing still not fixed right and managed to somehow screw up the phone today.  Weirdest thing is the DSL still works but no dial tone!
