Other coast this was near cocoa.  On 520 at the lone cabbage.

The dolphin and manatee were in Titusville in the cape wildlife reserve.

I named this one Maybelle.   It seemed appropriate, as she was slower than all the other Manatees and when she moved it looked like an oil patch in the water.

LOL

Better look out Harry, Maybelle is coming to get ya...

This critter is found early in the morning.  It is LOUD and frisky, but by noon it needs to return to its home  when it is unable to catch its prey.   Since this critter has only been seen in Florida, although rumored to originate in WV it was capture for posterity sake so all can enjoy and marvel at this semi rare find.    With a picture being worth a thousand words it wont take much to put this puzzle together.

We were in Homosassa Florida over the weekend looking at house when we stumbled upon some critters. The rare Florida dwarf turkey vulture snacking on a deer.

The Great Grey Gopher Squirrel of Soggy Bottom WV was spotted at the secret Critter Gawking spot the other day. Rare find in WV. Might catch a glimpse of it at the WV GTG.

In Homosassa Florida for our closing of our new house and came upon the great Homosassa red headed crane. These were about 1/4 mile from our house.

Jim

I don't know if you truly realize how rare this photo is. What I think you may have is akin to a photo of Bigfoot, swimming with the Loch Ness Monster, in Willy G Poolboys private pool.

What I think I see is one Homosassa Red Headed Crane standing with two Homosassa Beheaded Cranes. We may need other Critter Gawkers to confirm this, but that is what I think it is. Truly a once in a lifetime unbelievable shot.

I hearby decree that during the WV GTG next month, there will be a meeting of all available Critter Gawking Society Members to decide a proper course of action to study these rare creatures. I know it might be a slight inconvenience, but it may be necessary for several of us to move into your new house for a couple months, to help with this effort.

These critters may be even more rare than one would think - in the 1830s people ate them like turkeys. Just about wiped out the species 'cause they were tasty apparently. Great capture Chains...

I think you missed Lizard Man who normally hangs out in SC, but has ventured into FL on rare occasions to frolic with Bigfoot and Loch Ness Monster. This may truly be the find of the decade!

If you think the rare red head crane were something, today we stumbled upon the teeth of a hairless florida snowbird.  Not sure what happened to the snowbird however there were signs of turkey vultures in the area.
