2009 Ultra CVO Front Tie Down Location

Locking to see of anyone has found a tie down bracket that works for 2009 CVO Ultra.

I like the HD 93500011 but it does not show that it will work on my bike any ideas.

I have 2012 CVO Ultra Classic and I have the same ones on my bike.  They work great.

I have those on my '12 SG....and a hole shows at the bottom of the bracket. Functions fine...but, I gotta get 'round to fixing it.
