Okay,...I think I figured it out.

The punch line reads: "For his panic attacks".
It should read: "For HISPANIC attacks".

All in all pretty weak humor I think.

Me either.  ??????  Adderall is drug store meth, ain't it?  That's what I've heard from people that supposedly know.  However, that's one drug I never had the opportunity to abuse.  I'm so thankful to the Good Lord, to be clean and sober this morning!  Later--HUBBARD

Mark, thanks for putting that together, but....My decoder ring must be broken.  Is there some stereotype I don't know about that Hispanics are unable to pay attention and/or are hyperactive (which is what Adderall is prescribed for--ADHD--Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)?
