14flhtkse - take a look through this thread that is posted in the SG CVO section. I added the detachable King tourpak to my 16 FLHXSE with speakers but no rack and no lights. I can send you the other part numbers that were used if you'd like.  Hope this helps.

I am in the same boat, getting a price from my dealer to install the detachable tour pack on my 16 CVO Limited.  I am going to eliminate the CB radio antenna since I will never use it and go w/ a hidden radio antenna since I do not like the looks of the relocated antenna.  Dealer said he would swap out the red directional lights and match my smoke brake light and attach to the bags, I've seen pictures and it looks fine to me.  Hoping to have the install for under $900 . . . .Good luck w/ your decision.

FLSTFI Dave did a writeup on his 15 RGU removal back about a year and half back that should be more similar to yours.  I recall he did not use the kit as the earlier models have rear turn signals.  Have not found it for now but he'll probably link to it or someone can find it.

Found it:   http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=98618.msg1279310#msg1279310
